🛍️ Returns

Because our products are handmade and for personal use, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened. But if your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!

💵 Refunds & Replacements

If there’s an issue:
• 📸 Snap a quick pic of the problem
• 📧 Email us at oopsallclean@gmail.com with your order number
• 🎁 We’ll either refund you or send a replacement — your choice!

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
• Opened detergent or cleaning products
• Used wool dryer balls
• Essential oils

⏰ Time Frame

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we’ve reviewed your request. 💌
